The Kansas City Chiefs are hard at work in Las Vegas, preparing and getting ready for the Super Bowl.
They managed to stay mostly healthy throughout the year, having many of their best players active and ready to compete.
However, the Chiefs will be entering this game without Charles Omenihu, who tore his ACL in the AFC Championship.
Losing Omenihu is a devastating blow to the Chiefs’ defense, a unit that has surprised many considering they were one of the best in the league this year.
While the Chiefs will feel the impact of Omenihu not being on the field, he has remained positive despite being injured.
He recently put out a tweet, reminding himself and his fans that, even though times might be tough, there is always something to look forward to.
Omenihu isn’t necessarily known to be a thought-provoking individual, but this tweet has received lots of love and appreciation from Chiefs fans.
Remember the days that are hard, because when you get to that light at the end of the tunnel the reward will be bigger than you imagined.

While he can’t compete in the Super Bowl, this provides a little bit of hope for him and his potential future with the team.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs will need to find the next man up to stop the San Francisco 49ers’ offense.
They have several elite playmakers on offense, including Christian McCaffrey, who has been nearly impossible to stop during the season.
For the Chiefs to have a chance at winning this game, they’ll have to neutralize McCaffrey, a tall task with Omenihu down for the count.
